Contact us and we’ll get you set up with an estimate and get you on the calendar. We recommend giving us at least 2 weeks’ notice when scheduling. If you have a last-minute or rushed project, we’ll do our best to fit you in.
It depends on the service. A buff and recoat can be walkable in as little as 3 hours. A full refinish requires several hours of sanding before we create a brand-new wood surface ready for staining and finishing. We’ll provide a clear timeline before we begin.
Buff and recoat is 100% dustless. For full refinishing, our sanding machines connect directly to high-powered vacuums with double HEPA filtration, minimizing airborne dust and contaminants. This dust-control process is included with our full refinish services at no extra charge.
It depends on the finish you choose. Oil-based finishes are durable but take longer to dry and have stronger fumes. Water-based finishes are low-VOC, environmentally friendly, and dry quickly while maintaining a light, natural appearance. We’ll help you choose the right finish for your home, budget, and timeline.
Yes. We’ll visit your home to inspect the floor, take measurements, and explain the best options for your project. Before sanding, we handle floor prep, house prep, shoe removal, carpet removal, and any necessary floor repairs or patching.
A buff and recoat can be walkable in as little as 3 hours. For recoating, water-based finishes are typically ready for furniture after 24 hours and area rugs after 7 days. Oil-based finishes are generally walkable within 12–24 hours, ready for furniture after 48 hours, and ready for area rugs after 14 days. We’ll provide exact instructions for your project.

Yes, but every floor experiences normal wear from pets, kids, foot traffic, scratches, sunlight, and everyday use. We recommend recoating every 2–4 years, before wear reaches the wood itself, to help protect your floors and extend their life.
Yes, we’d be happy to take a look. We’ll inspect your staircase and flooring and provide honest recommendations based on the condition and your project goals.
Yes. You can choose from matte, satin, semi-gloss, or gloss finishes. We’ll provide samples so you can see the difference in person and choose the look that’s right for your home.

Shoe removal is part of our preparation before sanding. When we arrive, we’ll handle the necessary floor and house preparation, including shoe removal, carpet removal, and any needed floor repairs or patching.
